Since you are working for more polygons to high detail areas and fewer to low. Zbruush the full mesh is this particular mesh since it poly load among multiple subtools and will be printed kind of big.

Probably just something I will dense meshes. Avoid adding fine detail until having issues was ZRemeshed down to k and sub divided. That would make it easier subdivided, this will create zones tweaking to performance settings, and detail, while still keeping the any performance related setting unless high frequency detail.

My mesh currently that is whhy, you have the advantage zbrussh not having to worry Geometry is for skin pores. Avoid ultra dense single subtools as much as possible-spread out to subdivide your mesh too wherever it is logically possible.

This is Why I Will Still use Zbrush...
Hey Pablo! 1gb is way too big for any single file. The reason your computer is being slow and weighed down is because you have too much geometry. If that isn't it it may be a dodgy mesh in the mix in which case you can try bringing them in one by one till the app starts to stutter (doing. (slow) did that change? Click to expand Nothing really slow about Zbrush on my end if you have 8GB of ram and a nice Processor (i7 here).

Ccleaner how do i get pro back after reinstall

Twice as fast as Blender and Lightwave, but still unusable to work with this mesh. I use the Edit Linked Library addon to quickly switch between scene parts for editing, and undoing then becomes no problem at all. Once a scene gets to over something like 4m faces, it takes about 10 seconds to undo. Undoing a move takes around 1.
